Agnes Phillips

Agnes Phillips, 96, of Rockford, died Tuesday, April 6, 2010 at Wesley Willows. Born July 3, 1913 in Port Washington, WI, daughter of John and Anna Digris. Married to the late Stanley Phillips. The family would like to extend a sincere thank you to all of her, faithful and supportive, family and friends and also the caring staff at Wesley Willows. Survivors include her son, Richard "Rick" (Rosemary) Phillips and grandson, Marc Phillips all of Louisville, KY. Preceded in death by her husband. Funeral Mass, Sat. April 10, 2010 at St. James Catholic Church, Rockford at 10:00 a.m. Interment in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. Visitation Fri. April 9, from 5:00 7:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel 3910 N. Rockton Ave. with a rosary service recited at 7:00. Visitation to continue on Sat in church from 9:30 until time of Mass. In lieu of flowers memorials to St. James Catholic Church.
