Arlone M. Kellogg, 85, Rockford, died Wednesday, August 29, 2012 in OSF St. Anthony Medical Center.nbsp; Born October 7, 1926 in LaFarge, WI, daughter of Arthur and Julia Olson Larson.nbsp; Graduated from Viroqua High School and Lawrence University in Appleton, WI. where she majored in music. Married Harlan (Bud) F. Kellogg in Viroqua on June 26, 1948.nbsp; He predeceased her May 29, 1985.nbsp; She taught music in schools in Wisconsin and Illinois until she joined her husband in numerous family manufacturing businesses.nbsp; Member of Westminster Presbyterian Church.nbsp; Arlone hadnbsp; been a member of Sigma Alpha Iota since college and continued her affiliation with the Rockford Chapter her entire life, having served as president three different times.nbsp; She had also been a member of the Rockford Womans Club since the early 1950s.nbsp; She was chairman of the Perry Department and served on many different committees.nbsp; She was a passionate master bridge player and was a member of numerous bridge clubs and the Bridge Center.nbsp; She also was a member of the Mendelssohn Club where she had participated in many different aspects throughout her life.

Survivors include her sons, James C. (Pamela) Kellogg, Cary, NC and Thomas S. (Karin) Kellogg, Rockford; daughter, Amy J. (Steve Johnson) Kellogg, Rockford; grandchildren, Alex, Heather Kellogg (NC),Thomas (T) and Christopher Kellogg (Rockford), sisterinlaw, Donna Larson, Port Townsend, WA; nieces Laura (Dave) Stuessy, New Glarus, WI, Meri Jaklitsch, Bellingham, WA and Shelley (Charles) Bartolomeo, Flagstaff, AZ; nephew, John Larson, Lake Oswego, OR.nbsp; Also predeceased by her brother, Myron (Mike) Larson.

Memorial service at 6:30 p.m.. Thursday, September 6, 2012 in Fitzgerald Funeral Home amp; Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd with Rev.
