Elizabeth "Betty" Lobner

Elizabeth R. Lobner, 76, Cherry Valley, passed away on Monday, May 6, 2013 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on December 28, 1936 in Madison, WI; the daughter of Edward and Barbara (Lockner) LaCrosse. Elizabeth married Edward Lobner on September 2, 1972. He preceded her in death on April 10, 2001. Betty was an avid Green Bay Packer fan and loved traveling to Green Bay to watch them play. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother and will be missed by all. Betty especially loved going to the Cherry Bowl where she was among her best friends. She is lovingly survived by her sons, David (Sue) Mancl and Ronald Mancl; daughters, Mary Ann (Ken) Zimmerman, Rita (Chuck) Schneider and Kathy (Blair) Neff; brother, Jim LaCrosse; sister, Delores Gerl; 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her parents; husband, Edward; brother, Sam LaCrosse. Memorial service will be at noon on Saturday, May 11, 2013 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Visitation from 10:00 am until the time of service. Memorial donations may be made to the family for a fund to be established.
