Everett C. Lutzow

Everett C. Lutzow, 82 of Phoenix, AZ, formerly of Belvidere and Rockford, died on August 8, 2008 at his home in Phoenix. Everett was born August 24, 1925 in Rockford the son of Clarence and Pearl Lutzow. Everett married Bernice Brace on August 30, 1944 in Rockford. Bernice passed away on October 31, 1968. Everett married Joanne Harman on February 1, 1970 in Rockford. Everett attended Rockford Schools and was a US Navy Veteran. He was a self-employed Master Piano Technician and later went to work for Jackson Piano Store in Rockford. After moving to Arizona, Everett Owned and operated Allen Piano and Organ in Phoenix. He enjoyed bowling, fishing and playing golf and had two hole-in-one records. Everett especially loved spending time with his family and friends. Everett is survived by his wife Joanne; his daughter, Donna (Richard) Johnson; his sons, Harlan (Kathy) Lutzow, Lawrence (Marian) Lutzow, Rob (Dawn) Harman and Christopher (Megan) Harman; his grandchildren, Erik (Dawn) Lutzow, Peter (Toni) Lutzow, Benjamin Johnson, Geoffrey (Cherish) Johnson, Andrew Johnson, Katherine (Matthew) Kobleska, Jacob Lutzow, Garrett Lutzow, Emma Harman and Thomas Harman; his great-grandchildren, Madison, Caleb, Olivia, Gaven, Logan, Riley and Kaylee and his brothers, Maynard and Darold Lutzow and many, many beloved friends. Everett was predeceased by his parents, his two brothers, Glenn and Richard and his sister, Betty.. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, August 14, 2008 at 11 A.M. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd..with Jeff Maney officiating followed by burial in Greenwood Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 10 A.M. until time of service.
