Isaac H. Curtiss Jr., 78Caledonia Isaac H. Curtiss Jr., 78 of Caledonia passed away peacefully at home surrounded by friends, family and his beloved dog Sadie. Born July 1, 1934 in Evanston, IL, to Isaac and Dorothy (Hopkins) Curtiss Sr. Graduated from Lake Forest College with a Bachelors Degree in Business. Married his loving wife Susan McCready on December 19, 1956 in Winnetka, IL. Served in the US Marine Corp. He owned an Insurance Executive Benefits Company called Curtiss and Anderson for over 30 years. Isaac was a recipient of the Silver Skates award, a National Champion in Speed Skating, member of the Skokie Country Club, loved hiking and an avid golfer. Survivors include his wife, Susan, Sons, Isaac Curtiss III of San Diego, CA and John (Susan) Curtiss of Rockton, Il.; Daughter Karen (Robert) Kujawski of Hartland, WI; grandchildren Isaac Curtiss IV, Jim and Elizabeth Curtiss, Kurtis, Jamie and Mattie Kujawski; Stepgrandchildren Brian, Mike and Ashley Dombeck. Special caregivers Tonya and Barbara. Predeceased by his parents Isaac and Dorothy, Sister Ann and 2 granddaughters Angela and Jessie.Memorial Service 11 a.m. Saturday, January 26, 2013 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory (Mulford Chapel) 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Visitation from 10 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the funeral home.
