LeAnn Grikmanis, 45 Rockford LeAnn Grikmanis, 45 of Rockford, died at 6:38 a.m. June 16, 2010 at home. Born August 23, 1964 in Sterling, IL to Gunars and Patricia (Fitzgerald) Grikmanis. Graduated from Sterling High School in 1982, Sauk Valley College in 1984 and LaCrosse University in 1986. Worked as Office Manager for Rogers Drywall. Survivors; Life Partner, Jody Nordgren, Father Gunars Grikmanis; Calsey Grikmanis; Robert Grikmanis, Creedenze Grikmanis-Standard, Tina Dahlberg, Sister Amy and many other family and friends. Predeceased by mother Patricia.Visitation will be Monday evening from 6 to 8 p.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory (Mulford Chapel) 1860 S. Mulford Road. Memorials may be made to Jody Nordgren.
