Linda M. Wold

Linda M. Wold, 61, of Rockford, passed away December 8, 2017 in her home. Born November 20, 1956, in Rockford, the daughter of Vernon & Margarette (Markeli) Cushing. Graduated from Auburn High School, class of 1974. She worked for UTC Aerospace Systems as a buyer expediter for over forty years. She enjoyed golfing, boating and water skiing and spending time at the family home in Green Lake, WI. Member of the Blackhawk Athletic Club. Linda was known for her quick wit and her sense of humor. She will be truly missed.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Harvey Einhorn and the staff of Swedish American Regional Cancer Center for all their care and support.
She is survived by her brother Michael (Pam) Cushing; special niece Amanda Cushing; former husband Gary Miller. She is preceded in death by parents and husbands, Harvey Wold and Mark Rohr.
Memorial service will be 7 p.m. Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, 1860 S. Mulford Rd., Rockford, IL, with the Rev. Wendell L. Maynard officiating.
