MaryAnn Schwarzbach, 76, Rockford, was received into heaven at 2:20 a.m. Friday, January 7, 2011 in her home surrounded by her loving family.nbsp; Born February 25, 1934 in Ottawa, daughter of Charles and Sara Kossow Aussem.nbsp; Graduated from Marquette High School in Ottawa andnbsp; on June 9, 1956 married William R. Schwarzbach. Member of St. Rita Catholic Church.nbsp; Also a member of the Catholic Daughters Society and was a volunteer at Midway Village.nbsp; She was an excellent homemaker in every sense of the word.nbsp; She enjoyed gardening, traveling and spending time with her family and friends.nbsp; Special thanks to Diana Alexander and all of her friends from the OSF Rehabilitation Class.nbsp; Survivors include her husband, William; children, Judy (Chris) Graceffa, Jane (Steve) Bergman, Joyce (Drake) Dagnon, Jim (Erin) Schwarzbach, John (Trisha) Schwarzbach, Joan Schwarzbach and Jean (Bill) Redig; grandchildren, Thomas and Anne Graceffa, Nathaniel, Jensen, Hannah, Austin and Erin Schwarzbach, Zachary and Cameron Schwarzbach and Sara, Ben and Megan Redig.nbsp; Predeceased by her parents, brothers, Charles Aussem and Richard Aussem and sister, Joyce Livingston.
Funeral Mass at 1:00 p.m. Monday, January 10, 2011 in St. Rita Catholic Church.nbsp; Burial in Arlington Memorial Park Cemetery.nbsp; Visitation from 2-5 p.m. Sunday in Fitzgerald Funeral Home amp; Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. with a Rosary to be recited at 4:30 p.m. Visitation also from noon until 12:45 p.m. at the church on Monday.nbsp; In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the family to be used for St. Rita Parish.nbsp; Express condolences and share memories at www.fitzgeraldfh.com.
