Nadine A. Grogan

Nadine A. Grogan, 84, of Rockford, was called home on Thursday, June 18, 2015. She was born in Jacksonville, IL, on January 16, 1931; to parents Jabus G. and Lula Mae (Frogge) Worrall. She graduated from Jacksonville H.S., and went on to marry her beloved husband, John T. Grogan, Sr.; on June 27, 1949. Nadine was a devoted member of Central Christian Church, a member of the Home Extension of Winnebago, and enjoyed spending her free time serving others. She was loved dearly and will be greatly missed.

She is survived by her husband, John T. Grogan, Sr.; children, Jesse E. (Kathleen) Grogan, Constance A. (Steve) Owen, John T. (Rebecca) Grogan, Jr., Timothy A. (Ellen) Grogan; brother, Gerald F. (Beverly) Worrall; brother-in-law, Ken Goodell; 12 grandchildren, and 17 great grandchildren. She is predeceased by her parents, and her sister, Mary Isabel Goodell.

A memorial service for Nadine will be 1 pm, June 27th, at Central Christian Church with Pastor Sherm Nichols officiating. Memorial donations may be made in Nadine’s honor to Central Christian Church. Funeral arrangements cared for by Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel.
