Patricia A. Erb

Patricia "Pat" Erb, 82, Rockford, passed away Sunday, January 13, 2013, in her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born March 1, 1930, in Chicago, the daughter of Peter and Roseanne (Lamich) Prentice. Pat married Clifford "Cliff" Erb in St. James Catholic Church on June 25, 1955. She worked as the office manager at Exact Machine Tools for over 20 years, retiring in 2005. She was a member of St. Peter Cathedral. Pat was active in the Macktown Golf Association and bowled on the Tuesday Morning Early Bird bowling league at Don Carter Lanes.Survived by her husband Cliff; her daughter, Denise (Gregory) George of Rockford; her son, Michael (Paige) Erb of Longmont, Colordo; her grandchildren, Daniel and Megan George and Ronan Erb; her brother, Peter (Ann) Prentice of Cedar Rapids, Iowa; her sister, Diane (Ben) Morgan of Reno, Nevada; and her sisterinlaw, Joyce Aramovich of Rockford. Predeceased by her parents. The family would like to thank Dr. Edwards and his staff and the Northern Illinois Hospice Care and Grief Center for their kind and compassionate care.Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:30 am, Wednesday, January 23, 2013, at the Cathedral of St. Peter, 1243 N. Church St. with Reverend Carl E. Beekman officiating. Visitation will be from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, Tuesday, January 22, 2013, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N.
