Rosanne Klein

Rosanne Rosie Klein, 93, Rockford, passed away peacefully Monday, December 24, 2012, in Rockford Memorial Hospital, surrounded by her loving family and her special caregivers, Larry Lamb, Krystle Davis and Alice Bloom. She was born on May 28, 1919, in Rockford, the daughter of Rosario and Marie (Cacciatore) Chiarelli. Rosie married Robert Klein in Rockford on September 14, 1957, he predeceased her on January 31, 1999. nbsp;She worked for Illinois Bell Telephone Co. until she started her family.nbsp; After that she worked at the Giant Store for many years.nbsp; Rosie was a charter member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church where she was a Sacristan for many years and was a member of the Ladies of St. Bernadette, and National Society of Forresters.

Survived by her sons, John (Lisa) Klein of Minneapolis, Minnesota and Tim Klein of Rockford; daughter, Maria Howard of Loves Park, and special adopted daughter, Shar Gerdeman; grandchildren, Rebecca Anne, Ryan Robert, Michael Robert, and Dylan Timothy; her many special nieces and her nephew. Predeceased by her husband, Robert; sister, Sarah Cacciapaglia, brother, John Chiarelli, and special nephew, Wilford B. Cooling, Jr.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10:00 am, Saturday, December 29, 2012, at St. Bernadette Catholic Church, 2330 Bell Av. Burial in Calvary Catholic Cemetery.nbsp; Visitation from 4:00pm until 8:00 pm, Friday, December 28, 2012, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N.
