Carolyn Ann Brady, 81, Rockford, passed away peacefully in her home on Saturday, June 6, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Success, Arkansas on March 10, 1945. Carolyn married Thomas Brady in Henderson, KY on November 15, 1985. She was employed by MTE Hydraulics and most recently Cablevision of Rockford/Insight Communications.

Survived by her husband, Thomas, of Rockford; her son, Bennie (Tamara) Bogard of Rockford; her stepchildren, Heather Brady and Ryan (Stacy) Brady; her grandchildren, Michael and Daniel Bogard; her step-grandchildren, Devyn, Ashton and Beau Brady; her great-grandchildren, Emilee and Erika Bogard; her sisters, Maxine Hart and Kay (James) Thompson. Predeceased by her mother, Mildred Holloway Greer, her twin brothers, Ronald Holloway and Donald Greer and her brother-in-law, Leonard Hart.
