Deborah Lynn Knarr, 64, of Rockford, passed away at home on October 22, 2026. She was born on November 2, 1961, in Joliet, Illinois, the daughter of Richard and Dorothy (Fennewald) Olson. She married Richard "Rick" Knarr Jr. on July 1, 1989, in Joliet and together they were blessed with 37 years of marriage and 2 children. Deb worked in the billing department for a nationwide trucking company. 

She loved unicorns, especially collecting. She was a loving and caring wife, mom, grandma, and sister.

She is survived by her husband, Rick; children, Brandi Knarr and Robert Knarr; granddaughter, Taylor Knarr; sister, Lynn (David) Countryman; 2 nieces, Kristine Countryman and Dr. Kathryn Countryman; and childhood best friend, Cindy Aspinell. She is predeceased by her parents. 

No services will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Winnebago County Animal Shelter.
