Patricia A. (Connolly) Di Raimondo was called home by her beloved Savior on October 4, 2026, at the age of 95. She was born in Chester County, PA, on July 15, 1931, daughter to Daniel and Catherine (McCauley) Connolly. She is survived by those she continues to love and pray for: her children Mary (Rodger Otten) Archibald, John (Vicki) Di Raimondo, Catherine (Timothy) Lindgren, Loretta Pitts, and Michele (Jeremy) Murphy; her 15 beloved grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren, as well as her brother, Jim (Ann) Connolly, brother-in-law Joseph (Eleanor) Di Raimondo, many nieces & nephews, and cousins in Ireland & New Zealand. She is predeceased by her husband Samuel, her parents and her siblings Mary, Margaret, Catherine, John, Daniel, and Brian. She will be warmly remembered by her dear parish family, for whose support and prayers her family is deeply grateful.

Services will be at Holy Family Catholic Church, 4401 Highcrest Road, Rockford, Illinois 61107. A visitation will take place Tuesday, October 13, 2026 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. with Rosary at 6:30 p.m.. Visitation will continue on Wednesday, October 14, 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m.. Livestream of the funeral Mass will begin 10 minutes prior at holyfamilyrockford.org (click "View Livestream"). Burial to follow at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
