Patricia “Pat” Ann Zachary, 85, Rockford, passed away on Monday, June 1, 2026, she was born in Thomasboro, IL, the daughter of Ehme and Lucille (Cribbett) Frerichs. Pat married Larry Zachary on June 21, 1958, in East St. Louis.

Survived by her loving husband of 67 years, Larry; his daughters, Kim Zachary and Heather (Brent) Frisk; her grandchildren, Halie, Zach and Emme; her sisters, Sharon Taylor and Brenda Bollinger; her brothers, Terry and Kenneth Frerichs; many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents and her sister, Barbara Frerichs-Mendoza.
