Alan C. Chouinard

Alan C. Chouinard, 57, of Rockford passed away Friday, December 5, 2014, in his home. Born April 23, 1957, in Port Washington, Wisconsin, the son of Edward and Dyann (Gildemeister). Alan was a veteran serving in the United States Navy. He was a machinist with Liebovich Brothers for 25 years. Alan loved fishing and his grandkids. He was always willing to help anyone.
Survived by his sons, Lucas (Mary Kay) Chouinard, Chris (Tiffany) Chouinard, Jeff (Dusty) Chouinard and Shane Bonds; grandchildren, Cameron and Victoria Bonds, Logan and Kylie Chouinard, Connor Chouinard, Austin, Sierra and Cheyanne Hensley and Mya Parker; twin sister, Debra Ingram, sister, Linda (Steve) Ancona; brother, Mike (Sherry) Chouinard and numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by parents, Edward and Dyann, brother-in-law, Joe Ingram.
Visitation will be from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm on Wednesday, December 10, 2014 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Road. Cremation rites will be accorded.
