Alexander Michael Smiley Delgado nbsp; Rockford: Alexander Michael Smiley Delgado, 17, of Rockford died on July 22, 2007. Born August 22, 1989 in Rockford, the son of Michael (Michelle Lynch) Delgado and Christine St. John. He had attended East High School through 2007 and was in the process of finishing his GED . Alexander was an awesome brother and enjoyed hanging out with his siblings and listening to music. He was an avid video gamer and loved to play X-Box and Play Station games. Being computer savvy was another attribute.nbsp; He also enjoyed biking with his BMX bicycle. Survivors include his father Michael (Michelle Lynch) Delgado; mother, Christine St. John; siblings Megan (Jake) Aiken-Delgado, Michaela Delgado, Amy, Kelli, and Erik McCluskey and Joshua (Lynch) Delgado; niece, Rhylee; aunts and uncles, Monique (Larry) Delgado-McIntyre, Nicole (Christopher) Delgado-Heier, Bill (Dawn) St. John, Kathy (Matt) Kobbs, Jack St. John, Carmen St. John, Karla St. John; grandparents, Alexander and Monica Delgado, Mary Jo St. John and Jack (Karen) St. John and many cousins and extended friends and family that loved him dearly. nbsp; Funeral Services will be held on Thursday, July 26, 2007 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel 1860 S. Mulford Rd. at Noon with Deacon Frank Delgado of Harvest-Time Baptist in Rock Falls officiating. Interment will be in Arlington Memorial Park. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 25 from 6-8 p.m. and will continue from 11-11:45 on Thursday. The family wishes to invite everyone to a public candlelight vigil on Thursday, July 26 at 6 p.m. at the site of his death on Garver and West State St., Rockford.
