Bernadette A. Renwick

Bernadette “Bernie” A. Renwick, 86, of Rockford, passed away February 7, 2018 at Alden Debes Health Care Center. Born March 16, 1931 in Chicago; she was the daughter of George and Anna (Ordowski) Mast. She married Donald J. Renwick on July 30, 1955 in Chicago.
A member of St. Rita Catholic Church, she retired from Heinemann’s Bakery after 20 years of employment.
She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Donald J. Renwick; children, Bob (Jacqueline) Renwick, Dorothy (Richard) Scanlan and Donna Osmun; 10 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; sisters, Josephine Boyd, Rita Eisenhauer and Virginia Mast; numerous nieces and nephews.
Bernie was preceded in death by her parents; sister, Mary Brown; brothers, George, John and Cecil Mast.
Funeral Mass 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 13, at St. Rita Catholic Church 6254 Valley Knoll Drive, Rockford, with Rev. John Evans officiating. Visitation 12 p.m. until time of service at the church.
