Belvidere- Bertha Hade, 94, beloved mother, passed to heaven on Sunday, Feb. 22, in her home surrounded by her loving family. Bertha was born on July 11, 1914 in Scheurpenheuvel, Belgium. She married Thomas Hade in Brussels, Belgium on October 6, 1945. She devoted her life to being a good mother. She is cherished by her family and will be greatly missed. Survived by son, Steven of Rockford, daughter, Nancy ( Robert) Rudolph of Ventura, CA, and daughter, Sandra of Rockford, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Predeceased by husband Thomas. We had no idea that morning that God was going to call you by name, in life we cherished you and in death we will do the same. It breaks our hearts to see you go but we know you did not go alone. A part of our heart and soul went with you the day that God called you to his heavenly home. You left wonderful memories and your love will guide us through the years ahead. We know that we cannot see you but we feel your presence with our every day stride. Our family bond is broken and it will never be the same.
