Bill R. Call

Bill R. Call, 72, of Rockford passed away Sunday, November 3, 2013 in his home with his family by his side. Born September 1, 1941 in Joplin, Missouri, the son of Horace and Ruth (Walton) Call. He married Mary Montgomery on May 16, 1959. He worked for Liebovich Brothers for 30 years, working various positions there but retiring as an inspector. Bill was an avid golfer and loved woodworking. He was a past member of both the Elks Club and the Baltic Club and an active member of the SM & SF Club. Bill also served as a Boy Scout Leader. The Call Family would like to give a special thank you to Dr. Anne Traynor and the staff at UW Carbone Cancer Center.

He is survived by his wife, Mary; son, Jeffrey (Traci) Call; daughters, Monica (Timothy) Call-Bardell and Cindy (Rick) Bardell; grandchildren, Ashley (Brian) Partridge, Allison Call, Adam Bardell, Joshua Bardell, Missy (Nathan) Trappe, Chrissy Bardell and Samantha Bardell; great-grandchildren, Wyatt Partridge and twins, Kinley and Trinly Trappe; brother, Clifford Call; sister, Shirley Swinford and special friends, Delos and Kathleen Lewis. Predeceased by his parents and brother, George.

Memorial visitation will be from 5:30 p.m. until 7:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 7, 2013 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Road.
