Bobby Jack Hall

Bobby Jack Hall, 84, Rockford, passed away Tuesday, January 23, 2018, in Freeport Memorial Hospital. He was born August 11, 1933, in Evarts, KY, the son of Bill and Dorothy Hall. He married Delores “Dee” Hobson in Rockford on April 2, 1955. Bobby worked for Amerock retiring after 45 years. Survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Dee; his daughters, Jackie Hall-Runyard and Vickie (Bill) Whalen, all of Freeport; 6 grandchildren, Ryan (Danielle) Runyard, Cortney (John) Craig, Karley Hall, Barry (Erin) Whalen, Bryant (Jamie) Whalen, and Bryson (Kristin) Whalen; great grandchildren, Tyzn Runyard, Kyla Burkhart, Zava Runyard, Braxton, Brodyn, and Charlotte Whalen; 3 sisters, Mary Skidmore, Janice Mason, and Debbie Dill; 2 brothers, Frank (Pat) Hall and LeRoy Hall; 2 brothers-in-law, Everett (Shirley) Hobson and Dennis Johnson; sisters-in-law, Mary Lue Hall and Eleanore Hall; many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents; his 2 brothers, Lewis and Jim; his 3 sisters, Billie and her husband Banks Allen, Phyllis “Sue” Mitchell and her husband, Don, and Cherryl Johnson; his sister-in-law, Millie Hall; his brothers-in-law, Ed Dill and Wade Skidmore.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Friday, January 26, 2018, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N. Rockton Av. Burial in Willwood Burial Park. Visitation from noon until time of service at the funeral home. Share online condolences at www.fitzgeraldfh.com.
