Charles Alan Saack

Charles Alan Chuck Saack, 48, of Loves Park, IL suddenly passed away on May 18, 2008. Chuck was born December 18, 1959 in Rockford at Swedish American Hospital the son of Harold J. Saack, Sr. and Hallie (Crawford) Saack. Chuck was a US Air Force veteran and had worked as a truck driver for Daytona Company and Essex Corporation and as a machinist for Greenlee Textron, Inc. Chuck enjoyed riding his Harley motorcycle and participated in rides throughout the states. His true love was motorcycles. He also enjoyed Nascar, sports and fishing. Chuck is survived by his mother, Hallie Saack; his Sister, Margaret Saack; his two brothers, Gerald (Louise) and Michael Saack; three nieces; his close friend Dan Richardson and many friends and Harley riders. He was predeceased by his father, Harold, Sr. and his brother Harold, Jr. Funeral services will be held on Friday, May 23, 2008 at 11 a.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. with Rev. Pat Chadwick , Pastor of 20th Street Missionary Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be in New Milford Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Friday from 10 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
