Cheryl L. Gazouski

Cheryl Gazouski, 66, of South Beloit, IL, passed away on Friday, December 4, 2020 after a courageous battle with cancer.

She was born November 25, 1954 in Rockford to Paul and Dorothy Stinson. Cheryl married John "Jack" Gazouski on April 23, 1983. She worked at Swedish American Hospital from 1977 to present.

Surviving relatives include stepson, Rick (Michelle) Lyons; sisters, Paula (Bruce) Eklund, Kathi (Steve) Schwitters and Debbie (Wayne) Dunsheath; grandsons, Zack and Nate Lyons; many special nephews; special friends, Karen Moore, Penny & Wayne Richardson; her dogs, Sophie and Nicky and her cat, Maggie. Cheryl is predeceased by her husband, Jack, her parents and niece, Darcie Eklund.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date due to covid-19 restrictions. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to cancer research, your favorite animal shelter or to the family for a memorial to be named.
