Cindy Dale Sams

Cindy Dale Sams, 59, Rockford, passed away Monday, January 3, 2022, at SwedishAmerican Hospital. She was born on November 16, 1962, in Missouri, the daughter of Albert and Wilma (Nolan) Parson, Sr. She was a member of Pelley Christian Fellowship Church.
Survived by her sons, Michael, Jacob and Austin Redmond; her mother Wilma Parson; her former husband, Joe Redmond; her siblings, Joyce (Taylor) Ford Hoffman, Brenda (Maxey) Holmes, Albert Parson, Jr., Martha Caiozzo, Steve (Joanne) Parson, John (Debbie) Parson, and Jerry (Mary) Parson; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her father; her infant daughter, Angel Redmond; her sister-in-law, Teresa Parson.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, January 17, 2022, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. with Reverend Jerry Hall officiating. Burial in Willwood Burial Park. Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until the time of service. Per health department guidelines, masks will be required.
