Cynthia Ann Radosevich

Dr. Cynthia Radosevich 53 of Rockton passed away Friday May 28, 2010 in her home.

Cynthia was born August 14, 1956 in Kewanee, Il.nbsp; She was the daughter of Alvin and Betty Swearingen.nbsp; She graduated from Bradley University in 1978, nbsp;Northwestern Medical School in 1982, and completed her residency at Rush Medical Center.nbsp; She was an Hematologist-Oncologist and worked at ACT Medical Group and Rockford Health Systems for many years.nbsp; Member of Holy Family Catholic Church and was a volunteer for VNA Hospice.

Survivors include her two daughters Catherine and Teresa Radosevich, Father Alvin (Jane) Swearingen of Chadwick, IL.nbsp; Siblings; Cheryl (David) Schlagheck of Spring Valley, Karan (Joel) Schneider of Deerefield, IL, Alvin (Jean) Swearingen Jr of Hickory Hills, IL, Alan (Jill) Swearingen of Colombia, MO andCharles (Kellie) Swearingen of Morton, IL.nbsp; Also survived by her companion Jeff Oskins of Rockford.nbsp; Cynthia was preceded in death by her Mother Betty, Sister Katherine and Nephew Ben Schlagheck.

Mass of Resurrection at 10am Wednesday June 2, 2010 in Holy Family Catholic Church.nbsp; Burial in Calvary Cemetery.nbsp; Visitation will be on Tuesday June 1, 2010 in Fitzgerald Funeral Home Riverside Chapel 3910 N. Rockton Ave from 4pm until 7pm with rosary to be recited at 3:15pm on Tuesday.
