Deborah C. ""Debbie"" Thompson Owens, 45, died Thursday, January 17, 2008, in Rockford Memorial Hospital. She was born March 19, 1962, in Rockford. Debbie is survived by her daughter, Angela Lingelbach; mother, Charlene Hanvy; grandchildren, Amethyst Legge and Brittany Traeger; brother, Clark (Tanny) Thompson; special niece, Sammy Jo; her life mate, Rob Wright; her maternal grandmothers, Emma Fagan and Joyce Hayes; her many great aunts and a great uncle, and many adopted children. Preceeded by Ed Hanvy, Jr. Funeral services will be held at 1:30PM, Tuesday, January 22, 2008, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N. Rockton Av. with Rev. Dr. William R. Kerr, Sr. officiating. Private family burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be from 12:30PM until service time Tuesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family.
