Debra Ann Morlen

Debra Ann Morlen, 59, Rockford, passed away Friday, June 12, 2015, at SwedishAmerican Hospital. She was born April 12, 1956, in Rochelle, the daughter of Kenneth and Ruth (Kingsbury) Fell. Debra was a unit clerk at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center for over 30 years.
Survived by her daughter, Heather (Joshua) Towle; her son, Steve Morlen, both of Rockford; her grandchildren, Makenna and Decklan Towle and Xander Morlen; her mother, Ruth Fell of Rockford; her sisters, Diane Harris of Texas, Dawn (Rick) Reed of Texas, and Denise Moser of Rockford; her sister-in-law, Autumn Fell of Rockford; many nieces and nephews and her special friend, Mary Beth Clayton. Predeceased by her father, Kenneth, her brother, Doug Fell, and her sister, Darcy Near. Thank you to the doctors and staff at SwedishAmerican Hospital for their care and all of her co-workers and friends at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center.
Funeral services will be at 10:00 A.M. Thursday, June 18, 2015, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Rockford, with Reverend Dean Parker, Chaplain at OSF St. Anthony Medical Center, officiating. Private family burial.
