Donald Post

Donald G. Post, 65, Rockford resident, died unexpectedly from natural causes on Tuesday, April 10, 2012.
Born August 12, 1946 in Whitefish Bay, WI, son of Charles and Grace Strohman Post. He received a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Bradley University.
He owned an international management consulting firm.
Survivors include his loving wife of nearly 30 years, Marcialynn ;sons, Gregory G. (Nancy) Post and Geoffrey M. Post; grandsons, Charlie and Jackson Post; brother, Kenneth Post.
Predeceased by his parents.


A Memorial Service to honor Dons life will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 16, 2012 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home amp; Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. with Rev.David Peck officiating.
Visitation from 10:00 a.m. until time of the service.
