Faye Buchanan

FAYE BUCHANAN, 81 ROCKFORD Faye Buchanan 81, of Rockford passed away Friday, Dec. 28, 2012, at Lifehouse The Atrium. She was born Dec. 17, 1931, in Wayne County, daughter of Charles and Edna Hudson. She married James Emmett Buchanan on May 3, 1953, in Golden Gate; he died in 2004. They moved to Sterling in 1953, then to Rockford in 1968. Survivors include three sons, Russ (Lori) Buchanan, Jeffery (Janet) Buchanan and Galen (SuzAnne) Buchanan; grandchildren, Rena, Brady, Jillian and Julia. Also predeceased by parents; brother, Verdayne Dean Hudson; and special friend, Victor. Services at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Mulford Chapel, with visitation from 10 a.m. to service time. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens, Machesney Park.
