Born In Nashua township to Percy Louie & Anna Pluister Fruin. Graduated Rockford Memorial Hospital Nursing School in 1933. Married Jack W Bryer & together they raised 3 sons in Chicago. Returned to Oregon in 1952 and was Founder, Owner, Operator Of EVENTIDE Nursing Home on South 3 rd Street. Blessed with extraordinary Fruin Heritage & nine loving siblings, Ella Fruin Coxhead, Geerd Fruin, William Fruin, Harold Fruin, Edith Fruin Whitney, Pauline Fruin Leiferman, Florence E Fruin, John W Fruin, Maxine Fruin Dearborn. Attended Sunday School at Lighthouse Church on Daysville Rd. Active for many years in Oregon Women's Club, Yellow Birds, & Church community service. She is pre-deceased by her husband of 49 years Jack W Bryer, and by siblings Ella, Geerd, William. Frances is survived by Edith Fruin Whitney, Baraboo WI. a lovingespecially supportive sister who had visited every week for years, plus 5 other extraordinary siblings from Stillman Valley IL. to CA. She is also survived by her three sons and their Families, Ronald D Bryer & Maureen - Rockford IL, Thomas W Bryer - Sycamore IL, and Jack E Bryer & Patricia of Carrollton TX. plus many Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, Fruin Cousins, Nieces, and Nephews.
