Ida M. Dal Fratello, 96, Rockford, died at 12:00 a.m. Tuesday, December 18, 2012 in Rockford Memorial Hospital.nbsp; Born December 29, 1915 in Ladd, IL, daughter of Carmelo and Concetta Guzzo.nbsp; Married Dino F. Dal Fratello in Rockford on April 11, 1937.nbsp; She had previously been employed by Nelson Knitting Co. then spent 16 years working at McIntosh School.nbsp; She was a long time nbsp;member of St. Patrick Catholic Church where she was active in many aspects of the church. Ida was a loving mother and grandmother, a good wife and a devoted Catholic.

Survivors include her son, Michael Dal Fratello; daughter, Mary (John) Galvan; grandchildren, Jessica, Marie, John, Kathleen, Dena and Mitzi; six grandchildren; 3 greatgrandchildren; brother, Mike Guzzo, nieces and nephews and special friends, Jim and Pat Stroup.nbsp; Predeceased by her husband on February 25, 2001, parents, son, Richard Dal Fratello, 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
