Josephine J. Graceffa

Josephine J. Graceffa, 94, of Rockford, IL passed away June 20, 2016 surrounded by her loving family. Born May 14, 1922 in South Beloit, IL to Anthony and Frances (Barbera) Giacalone. Married Peter V. Graceffa on June 10, 1945. Member of St. Rita Catholic Church. Children: Frank (Ann) Graceffa, Anthony (Jackie) Graceffa, Peter (Berta) Graceffa, Frances (Mike) McComb, and Tina (Dale) Johnson; Son-in-law John (Ruthanne) Finn, Niece Nina (Jack) Jamison, 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and one great-grandson due September 2016. Predeceased by husband, Peter; daughter, Anne Finn; grandson, Bryan McComb and sister, Pauline Trioa.

Visitation at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, 1860 S. Mulford Road, Rockford, IL on Thursday, June 23, 2016 between 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. with the rosary recited at 7:00 p.m. Funeral Mass at St. Rita Catholic Church, 6254 Valley Knoll Dr., Rockford, IL at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, June 24, 2016. Visitation at church from 9:00 a.m. to time of service. Private family interment at Calvary Catholic Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to either Father Wentink's Love Fund, Boylan High School, or the Colorado Adoption Agency.
