Josephine Montgomery

Josephine Montgomery, 104, of Rockford, IL passed away peacefully in her home Thursday, February 2, 2023. Josephine was born November 26, 1918, in Mexico the daughter of Calixto and Isidra (Sandoval) Mena. Josephine married the love of her life, Robert Montgomery and they had two daughters. Josephine worked 30+ years at Barber Colman. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.

Josephine is survived by her daughter, JoEllen Magnuson; grandchildren, Mark Stevens, Scott Stevens, Mike (Debbie) Nelson and John Nelson; great granddaughter, Amber Sky and 2 great-great grandchildren. Josephine is predeceased by her husband, Robert and her daughter, Alice Rae.
