Kenneth Bryan Braden

Kenneth Bryan "Ken" Braden, 40, South Beloit, died Tuesday, November 2, 2010, in an automobile accident near Orfordville, WI. Ken was born October 13, 1970, the son of Charles and Lucille (Haag) Braden. He married Kris Kempel in Freeport on September 4, 1993. Ken was a stay at home Dad and a student at Rock Valley College. He has previously been employed at Frito-Lay in Beloit, WI. Ken enjoyed woodworking and remodeling his home, was an avid Cleveland Browns and Ohio Buckeye fan and loved playing video games with his son, Ethan.Survived by his wife, Kris; son, Ethan; brother, Roger (Carolyn) Braden, sister, Connie (Mark) Wallace; parents, Lucille and Charles Braden; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Kathy Douglas and Steve Kempel; nieces, Allison and Ruby; nephews, Eric, Oliver, and Edison. Predeceased by his brother, Danial.Funeral services will be at 2:00pm, Saturday, November 6, 2010, at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N. Rockton Av. Rockford, IL 61103. Visitation from 6:00pm until 8:00 pm, Friday, November 5, 2010, at the funeral home and from 1;00pm until 2:00pm on Saturday. Burial will be in Ohio.
