Kenneth P. Maragi

Kenneth P. Maragi, 53, of Rockford passed away Friday, October 19, 2018. Born June 3, 1965, in Rockford, the son of Louis and Donnella (Block) Maragi. Kenneth was a graduate of Boylan Catholic High School, where he was a proud member of the first boys soccer team. He was recently employed at Thermo Fisher Scientific. Kenneth enjoyed gardening, fishing and volunteering at local shelters.
Survived by his father, Louis; siblings, Karen Biasin and Keith (Susan) Maragi; niece, Katelyn Maragi; nephew, Andrew Biasin; uncle, Myron Jones; aunts, Judy Jones and Kay Bakke and numerous cousins. Predeceased by his mother, Donnella, grandparents, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
Memorial visitation will be from 2:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 28, 2018 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 North Rockton Avenue. Private family burial.
