Khamsay Sibounheuang

Khamsay Sibounheuang, 75, of Rockford, passed away on Friday, June 17, 2022, at OSF St. Anthony Hospital. He was born on May 19, 1947, in Laos, the son of Thin and Mena Sibounheuang. He was married to Vilayphone. Khamsay worked for the Apollo Hotel in Laos, as a manager and cook. He was a member of the Laos Evangelical Free Church. He enjoyed fishing and singing.

Khamsay is survived by his wife, Vilayphone; daughter, Joy (Khammay) Thammavongsa; adopted son, Sisomphone Sibounheuang; grandchildren, Ruth, Joshua and Paul; and 8 siblings. He is predeceased by his parents.
