Larry H. Bolduc

Larry Henry Bolduc, 67, Rockford, passed away Monday, June 10, 2013, in his home surrounded by his loving family. He was born May 1, 1946, in Reedsburg, Wisconsin, the son of Bob and Loretta (Babcock) Bolduc. He is a Marine Corps veteran. Larry married Lorraine "Lori' Sawilski in Palos Hills on December 21, 1974. He was the former terminal manager for Estes Express Lines for many years retiring in 2010. Larry is a member of Spring Creek United Church of Christ and was an avid golfer.

Survived by his wife of 38 years, Lori; his daughter, Tracy Shaw of San Antonio, Texas; his granddaughter, Victoria O'Hara; his mother, Loretta Bolduc; his sister, Sandy Hausen; and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his father, Bob, and his sister, Iva D'Augustino. Special thanks to the cancer team at Carbone Cancer Treatment Center at University of Wisconsin Hospital, especially Dr. Joshua Lang and his staff and the FHN Leonard C. Ferguson Cancer Center in Freeport, especially Dr. Lauren Shapiro and the staff.

Funeral services will be held at 3:00 pm, Saturday, June 15, 2013, at Spring Creek United Church of Christ, 4500 Spring Creek Rd, Rockford, 61114, with Reverend Ivan Schoen officiating. Visitation from 1:00 pm until 2:45 pm on Saturday at the church. Cremation will follow with interment in Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery at a later date.
