Lois E. Jardeen

Lois E. Jardeen, 85, of Rockford, IL passed away Saturday, December 25, 2021. She was born March 13, 1936 in Rockford, IL the daughter to Antone and Ruth (Eschen) Jaworowski. Lois married the love of her life, Harvey Jardeen in October of 1962 and they had three sons, Brad, Randy and Gary. Lois worked for Arachnid as an assembler. She was a loving and faithful mother. Lois enjoyed traveling and maintaining her yard. She also liked going to plays and walking. Most of all Lois loved the time spent with her family. She will be dearly missed by those who knew and loved her.
Lois is survived by her sons, Brad Jardeen and Gary Jardeen; grandchildren, Chad (Lauren McGregor) Jardeen, Zachary Jardeen and Hayley Jardeen; great grandchildren, Gage Jardeen, Kylie Jardeen, Henry Jardeen and Katie McGregor; sister-in-law Vivian Jaworowski and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Antone and Ruth; husband, Harvey; son, Randy Jardeen; grandson, Kyle Jardeen; siblings, Virginia Stewart, Violet (Jimmie) Shearer, Richard Jaworowski and James Jaworowski. The family would like to thank the staff at River Bluff Nursing Home for their care and compassion.
Visitation will be held Tuesday, January 4, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Riverside Chapel, 3910 N. Rockton Ave. Funeral Service to follow at 11:00 a.m. at the funeral home. Burial at Calvary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for a cause to be determined.
