Woerner, 95, Rockford, died at 1:44 a.m. Thursday, September 8, 2011 in Swedish American Hospital.Born December 18, 1915 in Chicago, daughter of Leo J. and Christianinetta Hefferkamp Penn.Married Adolf J. Woerner in Chicago on November 21, 1933.Member of First Assembly of God Church and a member of their Womens Ministries.Lorraine was a kind, giving, generous and loving woman.Survivors include her daughter, Janet C. (Bert) Vespasian; grandson, Eric L. (Stephanie D.) Cluver; greatgrandchildren, Christopher, Cameron, Cayla, Cara and Caleb Cluver; step granddaughter, Stephanie L. Vespasian; step grandson, Tony Vespasian and step greatgrandson, Logan Vespasian.Predeceased by her husband on December 28, 1991 and her parents. Lorraines family would like to thank the caring staff and her many friends, especially Jo and Marian at Christian Life Retirement Center and the staff of Provena St. Anne Center and the CCU at Swedish American Hospital for their compassionate care.Funeral service at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2011 in Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S.
