Margaret L. Lashock

Rockford- Margaret L. Lashock, 85 of Rockford, nbsp;died at 6:05 a.m. Sunday, Feb. 6, 2011 in Rockford Memorial Hospital. Born July 3, 1925 in Durand, the daughter of John F. and Esther (Curry) Welsh. Married Marvin J. Lashocknbsp; in Rockford on June 19, 1961. Margaret worked and retired from Amerock and was a long time active member of St. Bernadette Catholic Church. She was an avid gardener and she and her husband enjoyed numerous wonderful trips. Survivors include her daughter-in-law, Janice Furman; grandchildren, Jeff (Karen) Furman and Timothy Furman; great- grandchildren, T.J.; Tawny, Sydnieand Addison and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Marvin on Nov. 11, 2010; sons Mark Lashock and Howard Furman and daughter, Debbie Lashock and her siblings, Millie, Marie, Helen, Lucelle, Raymond, Lawrence, John Jr., Harry and infant brother Joseph.

Funeral service Saturday, Feb. 12, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home and Crematory, Riverside chapel, 3910 N. Rockton Ave with a visitation from 9 a.m. until time of service.
