Marie A. Anderson

Marie A. Anderson, 77 of Rockford, died May 24, 2008 in her home. Born September 7, 1930 in Rockford, daughter of Gust and Dorothy (Kappenman) Josephitis. Worked as a Registered Nurse for the State of Illinois. She enjoyed sewing, reading and was always interested in hearing and repeating stories about her grandchildren. Survivors include her children; Jayne Andrews of Tenn, David Andrews of Beloit, Gayle Andrews of AZ, Lori (Ian) Robinson of Roscoe and Thomas (Amy) Andrews of Rockford and 8 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband Bernard Andrews and her second husband, Theodore Anderson. Memorial service Friday, May 30, 2008 at 10 a.m. at Journey Church, 7825 Forest Hills Rd, Loves Park, with Associate Pastor Steve Mathews officiating. Private inurnment in Willwood Burial Park.
