Norsaeng Monmany

Norsaeng Monmany, 97, of Rockford, passed away April 26, 2018 in his home surrounded by his family. Born June 23, 1920 in Laos, the son of Hokodsaeng & Pomchan Monmany, Married Monh Thammavong in Laos on June 14, 1944. He was a farmer all his life. When he retired he came to the United States. He enjoyed gardening, making handmade weave baskets, but most of all spending time with his family. He attended the Ratanaram Buddhist Temple in Rockford.
Survivors include wife, Monh; children, Chamkham (Invong) Xayavong, Nouane (Kodkeo) Phasouk, Bouakham Sayavong, Vone (Lar) Monmany and Say (Kyan) Monmany; 14 grandchildren, 15 Great Grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. He is predeceased by his parents, 1 sister, 1 brother and 1 granddaughter.
