Olivia Marie Graciana

Olivia Marie Graciana, infant, peacefully passed away on July 7, 2014. She was born on May 30, 2014, along with her twin sister Mariah at Rockford Memorial Hospital. The beautiful daughter of Erica Murphy and Joey Graciana, Olivia was a little fighter and gave all she could. She will be missed greatly by all. She is survived by her sister, Mariah; brother, Trenton Murphy; maternal grandparents, Tom and Marleen Murphy and paternal grandparents, Joe and Nina Graciana; great grandparents, Margaret Murphy, Barb Lantow, Rose Capriola, Stella Graciana and Gary and Raejean Fairbanks; aunt, Jennifer (Rafael) Gil-Reyes; uncles, Jason (Lori) Graciana and Jimmy (fiancé Jenna Joyner) Graciana and cousins, Zane, Isabella, Camden, Brendan and Layla. The family wishes to thank everyone for their faithful prayers and thoughts these past weeks.
Funeral service Friday, July 11, 2014 at 12 p.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Riverside Chapel 3910 N. Rockton Ave. with Rev Randy Young officiating with a visitation from 11 a.m. until time of service. Interment will be held in Calvary Catholic Cemetery, Winnebago.
