Patricia "Pat" F. Hammer

Patricia “Pat” Faith Hammer, 84, of Rockford, passed away on Monday, January 9, 2023.

Pat was born in Rockford on September 28, 1938, daughter of William and Agnes (Faith) Dochier. She graduated from West High School, Class of 1957. Pat worked as a beautician and later as a school bus driver for many dedicated years. She was a member of 1st Presbyterian Church and Aldersgate United Methodist Church where she was a proud member of the choir. Pat enjoyed taking care of her garden, canning, cooking, baking, and knitting. Most of all, she loved spending time with her family. Pat will be dearly missed.

Those left to honor her memory include her daughter, Bobbie Franklin (Joe Beach); grandchildren, Huntar, Holden and Haiden Franklin; great-grandson, Brooks; cousin, Pete (Kathy) Samoska and special friend, Carol Erb. Pat is predeceased by her parents and her sisters, Bobbie Jean Niss and Janice Samoska.

Cremation rites will be accorded.
