Patrick T. “Terry” Rielly, 76, of Rockford, parted this world Saturday, March 28, 2015, peacefully into the night, taken by his loving savior Jesus Christ after a brief illness. He joins his loved ones, who welcomed him home with loving arms, his parents William and Bernadine Rielly, older sister Maureen Landis and many more. Born on January 5, 1939; in Chicago. He is survived by many who will miss him dearly, his wife Marsha, daughters, Patrisha Rielly, Megan Rielly, and Marsha (Robert) Stacy, son Christopher (Tammy) Gordon, best friends and nephews, Steven (Celeste) Murphy, James Patrick (Adrianne) Murphy, a niece that he adored and loved like a daughter, Laureen (Steven) Prioletti, grandchildren that he doted on and loved unconditionally; Kobe and Kyla Rielly; Robbie, Brian and Courtney Stacy.

Funeral Mass will be at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at St. Edward Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 10:45 a.m. Burial in Calvary Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations will be established in Terry’s honor at a later time. Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, assisted the family.
