Phyllis Conery

Phyllis Mary Conery,
88, of Rockford, passed away Monday, February 25, 2013.
Born January 6, 1925 in Lee County Illinois; the daughter of Frederick and Hildegard (Herrmann) Bates.
Phyllis was employed as a registered nurse at OSF St. Anthony Hospital, Rockford Memorial Hospital and the Winnebago County Health Department.
Phyllis was a member of St. Edwards Church where she sang in the Choir for many years.


Survivors include sons, James R. (Mary) Conery, Paul J. (Diane) Conery,
John E. (Sarah) Conery and Patrick M. (Betsy) Conery ; 11 Grandchildren, Jeffrey Conery, Andrew Conery, Shannon Rissman, Michael Conery, Megan Conery, Erin Conery, Amy Schroeder, Jacob Conery, Lindsay Conery, Bryan Conery and Kevin Conery; nbsp;5 Great grand children.
Predeceased by son, Michael F. Conery; daughterinlaw, Bonnie Conery; former husband, Robert J. Conery and brother, Eugene Bates.

nbsp;Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 2, 2013 at Cathedral of St. Peter, 1243 N. Church Street.
Visitation from 9:00 a.m. until time of Mass.
Private burial in St. James Calvary Cemetery, Lee, IL.
Memorial donations may be made to the Rockford Rescue Mission, St. Anthony College of Nursing and Heartland Hospice.
