Shirley Nethery

Shirley Nethery, 77, of Beverly Beach, FL., died on Tuesday, December 16, 2014. Shirley was born in Shullsburg, Wisconsin in 1937. Shirley worked as a customer service supervisor at AT&T for 30 years. She was also a volunteer at Rockford Memorial Hospital, in Rockford,ILL, and Flagler Pines Nursing Home. Shirley was instrumental in establishing the co-op at Surfside Estates and has been the President on the Board for the past 10 years. She also enjoyed the company of her miniature schnauzer, Muffie, for the past 10 years. Shirley enjoyed playing cards and BINGO. Shirley was preceded in death by her sisters and brothers, Dorothy, Johnson, Eunice Doyle, Winifred Swanson, George, John, Bob and Richard. She is survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews; sister in laws, Marlys Nethery, Jackie Nethery and Roberta Nethery and her best friend Dora Bush.
