Spencer Holaway

Spencer Holaway, 19 of Rockford passed away on December 23, 2007 in his home. Born March 9, 1988 in Rockford, the son of Douglas and Debbie (Ellis) Holaway. Spencer was a student at Rock Valley College and was an 06 graduate of Rockford Lutheran High School. Spencer loved outdoor activities such as kayaking and fishing. He was also a black belt in Tae Kwon Do. Spencer was loved by many and will be greatly missed by his friends. He is survived by his parents, paternal grandmother Rose Holaway, Maternal grandfather Danny Ellis, Uncles Ron Holaway, Bill (Dickie) Coomer, Doug Ellis and Wayne Ellis. His cousins Nathan and Nicole Holaway, Justin Ellis and Stephanie Ellis. He is predeceased by his paternal grandfather Joseph Holaway and his maternal grandmother Hazel Ellis. Memorial Service will be Wednesday, January 2, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd., with the Rev. Delbert Miller officiating. To
