Susan J. Wallick

Susan J. Wallick, 77, of Rockford, IL passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 14, 2020. She was born September 23, 1942 the daughter of Rex and Mary (Hill) Wallick. Susan attended Dixon High School, graduating in 1960. She went on to attend Eureka College before moving to Rockford. Susan worked at JC Penney for over 20 years and then as a caretaker at Goldie Floberg until her retirement. She was a longtime member of Creekwood Baptist Church. Susan was a beloved daughter and sister and will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.
Survived by her brother, Randy Wallick; sister-in-law, Jean Wallick; niece, Katie Wallick. Predeceased by her parents and brother, Rick Wallick.
Visitation will be held from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at Creekwood Baptist Church, 7281 Olde Creek Rd. 61114. Funeral Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 22, 2020 at the church. Burial will in Chapel Hill Cemetery, Dixon, IL.
