Ted (Theodore) S. Fields

Ted (Theodore) S. Fields, 42, of Rockford, passed away on Thursday, August 27, 2020 at Swedish American Hospital.

Ted was born a twin on December 16, 1977, son of David and Judi (Anderson) Fields at Milwaukee County General Hospital in Wauwatosa, WI. He worked 20 years in several different establishments. Ted was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church. He was an animal enthusiast. Ted enjoyed mosh pits, music, grilling, bonfires, cars and spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoyed getting tattoos, clowns, the joker, shark week and was an avid wrestling and San Francisco 49ers fan. Ted will be dearly missed.

He is survived by his mother, Judi Fields; brother, Jim (Katie) Fields; sisters, Debbie Williams, Dianna (Fields) Bravo (Duane Yaros), Tamara Fields (Rick Chase); uncle, Doug Anderson; Amanda Hutsell, Jennie Sutton, Xavior, Cameron, Clayton, Malaki, Trenton and Milah; numerous neices, nephews, cousins and many friends including Chris Molsberry, Stephanie Lance, Tim and Marky Bourbon, Shane Drowns, Jason Dinger and his Border Foods family. Ted is predeceased by his father, David Fields; sister, Mandy Fields; Mary and Paul Larson, Paulette and Warren Anderson, Stanley and Audrey Fields, Randy Worley and Chris Hess and numerous aunts, uncles, neices and nephews.

A walk-through visitation will be held from 12:00 - 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2020 at Fitzgerald Funeral Home & Crematory, Mulford Chapel, 1860 S. Mulford Rd. Rockford, IL 61108. Masks are required and social distancing guidelines will be in effect to allow 50 people at a time. A private funeral service will be held by invitation only.
